Van Tilburg Mode & Sport combines a very wide range for women, men, kids, shoes, and sports with its own image production and large supplier flows. The challenge is not in a single photo, but in reliably bringing together source, article, image variant, and publication status.

Photopilot brings together Fashion Cloud, ACA, supplier folders via FTP, the supplier portal, and in-house studio shoots. Each file is first matched to the correct product, then follows the agreed image workflow while the complete photo set remains available for review.

This creates one clear workflow for a large, constantly changing assortment. Supplier images and in-house photography are matched, reviewed, and prepared for publishing in the same way.

The supplier portal recognizes item number or EAN, shows conflicts, and only imports a confirmed match into the pipeline.

Studio images follow the product workflow
In-house images stay with the correct product and follow the same rules for editing, review, and publishing.

Control and publication
New results are added to the existing image slots. The team reviews exceptions and continues with the selected photo set.
