Frequently Asked Questions

Do we need to purchase all Photopilot modules at once?

No. The monthly plan already includes the Fashion Cloud, Leveranciersbeelden, Productteksten, and AI Images modules, including automatic image editing. You can start with one image flow, such as supplier images, and expand later. In a demo, we choose the starting point together that saves you the most time.

How it works

Are the modules of Photopilot standalone tools?

No. Every image, every text, and every publishing status is linked to the item, so a supplier image, studio photo, and AI result for the same product sit side by side. That lets you see which version is live in Asset Management and what is still missing in Reporting, without dragging files between tools.

What edits are included in the monthly plan and what costs extra?

The monthly plan starts at €500 per month; cropping, templates, background removal, and export are included. Only generative AI is billed per use: AI images from €0.05 per queued image, immediate processing from about €0.12, and full product enrichment from €0.01 per product.

What modules does Photopilot have for model images and AI?

Photopilot offers five AI solutions: AI model images from your packshot, In-House Model (Model Swap) on your own shoot, Size Guarantee for true fit, AI campaigns without a shoot, and Shop the Look with AI, a photoshoot from a complete look. Real studio photos and AI models are selected, edited, reviewed, and published in the same place. You can photograph yourself, have AI model photos created, or combine both.

Which systems do the modules of Photopilot integrate with?

Photopilot connects with Fashion Cloud, Stockbase, ACA, Business Central, Shopware, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, and custom feeds, and reads Adobe Commerce and Scayle. Images come in from studio, supplier, ZIP, FTP, or PIM and go to webshop, DAM, PIM, FTP, API, or custom solutions after processing.
