This is the route

  1. You create an app token in Saleor.
  2. Photopilot imports products, variants, media, and inventory through GraphQL.
  3. Images and copy are matched to the right product by SKU or slug.
  4. Approved images and copy are sent to your Saleor import via FTP, the Webshop Excel, or the API.

Photopilot uses Saleor's GraphQL API to read products, variants, media, and inventory by channel. Photopilot does not write to Saleor.
How often
Every two hours by default. Through GraphQL, Photopilot requests only the products updated since the previous run.
