easyPOS

This is the route

  1. easyPOS provides a product feed built for Photopilot.
  2. Each product becomes one product per color, with sizes as variants.
  3. Changes come in every ten minutes; a full run follows every day.
  4. Approved images now go to your webshop or FTP; sending them back to easyPOS is the next step.

easyPOS at a glance

What is exchanged
From the feed, Photopilot reads each product’s colors (one article per product and color), sizes with their EANs, attributes, and dimensions. You use an attribute in easyPOS to decide which products go to Photopilot, for example only products that need AI enrichment.
How often
Every ten minutes, Photopilot retrieves changed products. Once a day, a full run follows so changes without a new date are picked up as well.
What you provide
The feed URL that easyPOS provides for you and, if easyPOS requires it, a token.
Good to know
Sending images and text back to easyPOS through the FTP export, with the product number and color number in the filename, is the next step.
